History

After practicing for many years in Denver, Colorado, Todd M. Olinger formed the firm in 2011 to offer exceptional and cost-effective legal services to a group of longstanding clients.  The firm was designed from the outset to provide top-tier client service at competitive rates by operating outside of central Denver, leveraging the latest legal practice technologies, and utilizing small, tight-knit working teams.  Mr. Olinger and Teri Vanderhyden, the firm's paralegal, work together to ensure work is accomplished as cost-effectively as possible.  We frequently work with specialized counsel in other law and accounting firms.
